• Dolpo is a region in western part of Nepal , You are truly in one of these “high valleys of the Himalayas” when you are in Dolpo, the Dolpo people are known as The Dolpo-Pa and follow a culture which is closely linked to the Tibetan culture. This trek begins and ends at Juphal. From Juphal, we move across Dunai to Do-Tarap. Further the route leads us to Numa-la Pass( 5238m.).On making our way through the Baga-la  Pass(5214m.), we arrive at Phoksindo Lake. We end our trek by moving back to Juphal through Dunai. This area of monsoon shares its situation geographically.You can also visit Dolpo in summer. In this area we need spcial permit for trekking.This is a 24 days trek in which is trekker is supposed to walk for 14 days.

  • Day 01.                       
    Departure from own country.

    Day 02.           
    Arrival to Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel.

    Day 03.           
    Visit Pasupatinath, Boudhanath and Swayambhunath. Evening briefing about trek.

    Day 04.                       
    Kathmandu / Nepalgunj by flight.  .

    Day 05.           
    Nepalgang / Juphal (2475m.) by flight, we gain Dolpo.  Juphal / Dunai(2140m.) a small walk of 3h. Leads us to the last gross village aunt the valley of mountain. , Hide under tents at the edge of the river. 

    Day 06.           
    Dhunai to Tarakot. (2537m.)  We skirt the Bheri River.  In Tarakot we enter in Bouddhist villages, the first " Chorten " appear on the track.  (5h of walk).

    Day 07.           
    Tarakot to Lahini (3370m.) After the visit of the fortress of Tarakot, we follow the Tarap River through drill of cypress.  Camp to 3200m (5h of walk). 

    Day 08.           
    Lahini to Bipieral (3520m.)  By impertinent path, we cross the throats of Tarap. We evaluate in alpine vegetation at an altitude of (3500m). After several josh points of tents, we camp close to a grutte. (5h of walk). 

    Day 09.           
    Bipieral to Dho- Tarap (3944m.) Long Stage and regular, splendid on the valley. 7h

    Day 10.           
    Dho / Tarap.  Visit village and monasteries in the neighborhood, all very pressures. Day of acclimation to the altitude of (4000m). 

    Day 11.           
    Dho Tarap / Numla phedi (4440m). 1h30min leads us to climb. Fantastic sight on Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Nilgiri, descent towards (4200m) 4h.

    Day 12.           
    Numla phedi / Baga la Phedi ( Daingar)(4631m). 5h of walk.  Cross Numla pass (5238m.)

    Day 13.           
    Danigar to Murwa or Yak Kharka (3982m.)  cross Bagala (5214m.) A good path that lead us to climb always worms suppurates.  A long descent brings us in the greenery and the activities pastorals of the valley of Sulk gad towards (3758m). 6h of walk. 

    Day 14.           
    Yak Kharka to Phoksumdo Lake (3733m.)  Here, it is the strong point of the trekking.  Tibetan Village are very close to water heiress and the good monastery of Tesu are two exceptionally wonder which marionette a visit particularly attention.  Camp with (4600m) 3h of walk. 

    Day 15.                       
    Lake Phoksundo and free Journey visit of Ringmu Village. 

    Day 16.                       
    Phoksumdo to Reji (2940m.) 7h of walk visit of Chetries, Tamang and Magar village.

    Day 17.                       
    Reji to Dunai (2149m.) 6h walk.

    Day 18.                       
    Dunai to / Jupal (2475m.) 3h of walk. 

    Day 19.                      
    Juphal / Nepalgunj/ Kathmandu by flight. 

    Day 20.                      
    Free day.  (If problem of Juphal/Nepalgunj flight)

    Day 21.                      
    Visit in Kathmandu valley.

    Day 22.                       
    Free day in Kathmandu.

    Day 23.                      
    Deparure from Kathmandu.

    Day 24.                       
    Arrival at own country
