• This trek leads us to the Mid-estern side of Nepal and the trek route connects us to Jiri, a place where we enter the Sherpa village. We pass Changma (Bhandar), Goli Gompa and Pekey Peak (4100m.) on our way. Pekey Peak is well known for its magnificient view of Nepal Eastern Mountains namely GauriShankar, Numbur, Mt. Everest,Makalus and Kanchenjungas. We cross the Tibetan Refuge camp, Chailsa and arrive at our next destination, Chiwang Monastery where the quintiles of traditional festivals "Mani Rimdu" every full moon of Nov. and at Junbesi Monasteries "Dumji" every full moon of April (Lama Dance with Mask) is held annually. In This area we learn about eh Sherpa culture and tradition. We are also priveleged to halt at their houses and experience the Sherpa life. This trek is not very difficult and hence an average  trekker. This is a 21 days trek in which is trekker is supposed to walk for 12 days.

  • Day 01.                       
    Departure from own country.

    Day 02.           
    Arrival to Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel. Free day.

    Day 03.           
    Free day in Kathmandu. Evening trek briefing. 

    Day 04.           
    Kathmandu / Jiri by bus  (1900m).  7h drive.

    Day 05.           
    Jiri / Sangbadanda (2000m). Pass to Mali Bhanjyang (2400m) descent to Shivalaya and then climb up to camp.  6h of walk. 

    Day 06.           
    Sangbadanda / Likhu Khola (1020m). By Deorali (2700m) and Bhandar (Changma) first Sherpa village and descent to river Likhu khola. 6h walk. 

    Day 07.           
    Likhu khola / Goli Gompa (2900m).A day climb camp close to a monastery located on a crate.6h. 

    Day 08.           
    Goli Gompa / Ngwar (3400m). Walk on a watershed dominates Nawor Khola tents.  6h. 

    Day 09.           
    Nagwar / Damse Danda (2800m). Climb up to Pike danda (4070m) Mountain crowned for the sherpas. Seen splendid view of Gaurishankar, Numbur, Kusum kangguru, the Everest descent tent.  6h30. 

    Day 10.           
    Damse Dana  / Chailsa (2550m). Descent until Solukhola by forest and village Tamang, Sherpa. And increase to Chailsa refugee camp of Tibetans.  6h. 

    Day 11.           
    Day free and visit Tibetan village and assembled a collar of Chorten Changa ( Panden phuwa 3000m).Splendid view of the Everest, Makalu, Kanchanjanga, Mera Peak, Numbur and Kusum Kangguru.

    Day 12.           
    Chailsa  / Chiwang Gompa (2550m). Walk towards the village of Salleri (Capital of    Solukhumbu), then easy walk via phaplu , chiwang village and Climb up to monastery of Chiwang, where Mani Rimdu (Lama dance with mask every full moon of Nov.) is famously held in the Sherpa country 5h walk.

    Day 13.           
    Chiwang  / Ringmo (2800m). walk down till Zambuk then via Phera village, then journey towards beautiful village Ringmu.  5h30 walk. 

    Day 14.           
    Ringmu / Traksindu / Mopung (3000m). Climb up in morning to the pass of Traksindu (3071m) visits the monastery of Traksindu. Walk down towards Ringmu khola and climb up to the pass of Singsare la (3500m) and descent towards Mopung.  6h30.  walk.

    Day 15.           
    Visit Thupten choling monastery, the largest monastery of the Sherpa country in Solu khumbu and walk down towards Junbesi(2700m.) beautiful village of Sherpa and visit the villages 1h walk.  (Where we can see festivities of Dumji on April)

    Day 16.           
    Junbesi / Phaplu (2364m). Walk down towards Solu khola to Phaplu Airport. 5h walk.

    Day 17.                       
    Phaplu / KTM by flight and free day in Kathmandu. 

    Day 18.           
    Free day in KTM (if problem of flight from Phaplu / Kathmandu). 

    Day 19.                      
    Visits Pasupatinath, Boudhanath and Syambunath. 

    Day 20.           
    Departure from Kathmandu.

    Day 21.                       
    Arrival at own country.
